About Me

While most intuitives can recall their gifts from childhood, mine came to me much later in life. In fact, trusting my intuition has taken me many, many years. Like many of you, (too many) I experienced a lot of childhood trauma that  pushed my gifts deep within me, only to come forth when I developed strength and fortitude and began to foster a relationship with Something bigger than myself. 

I’ve been on my spiritual journey since 2012, when a friend suggested a book by the wonderful Eckhart Tolle, “A New Earth”. Upon reading the poignant truths illustrated in the book, my heart broke wide open and my life has never been the same since. A few months later I had the compulsion to buy a set of tarot cards. I honestly had no idea why. (I do now!) I began studying them and found myself fascinated with the concept of archetypes and archetypical patterns of perception. Tarot has led me to study many different spiritual modalities, traditions and wisdoms. I love to learn, to read and am always seeking to be the utmost expression of love and wisdom. I am a person of deep Faith. I have had many mystical and magical experiences, but I am also a very practical “feet on the ground” person as well. No matter how far I’ve reached into the mysteries, my body, mind and spirit remain earth-bound. 

I love to grow, preserve and prepare food and have a deep interest in nutrition and herbalism. I also am a sensualist and enjoy dining out, spa days, lazy afternoons watching movies and absolutely cannot resist any kind of pastry. Books have been a lifelong love and I continue to be an avid reader, often reading 3 or 4 books at a time. 

My intuitive gifts are mostly expressed as claire-cognizance, or ‘clear knowing’. I simply get the ‘down load’ and am guided to trust it. I am also empathic, clairvoyant and clairaudient (clear seeing, clear hearing). I have also had many experiences with the departed, whom I believe nevern truly leave us. 

I have been blessed with a loving and supportive spouse and two healthy children. I love animals of all kinds, especially birds, although I prefer dogs or cats for snuggles. 

It’s been a long, strange and very unexpected journey to this point in my life. The first 2/3rds of my life were very, very different than the path I now follow. I have had three very different careers that have nothing to do with spirituality, metaphysics or anything “woo”.

My first career was in fine dining and five-star hospitality. My second, and longest one was in the beauty industry as a very successful makeup artist with an elite clientele and as a cosmetic developer and curator for a large salon and spa chain. I’ve also experienced my fair share of retail sales in both the fashion and beauty industries. My final career was in the legal cannabis industry as a medical consultant and budtender. 

All of these experiences add to my knowledge, my experience and my life’s journey. I know myself to be a Wise Woman because of it.
